Came here for an "emergency" haircut after the first barbershop I went to hours before, messed up. They got me in quickly and fixed it to my liking.

The worst experience ever. I told this woman to just trim my daughters hair, which was extremely long and I wanted to keep the length, she immediately cut it by 5 inches. she cut it so badly that I do not even know what she did with the hair. I complained about it right away and then she made it worse. Then she started complaining that I don't know what I'm talking about.. the only reason I went was that I had a coupon so I thought I'll try this place for my daughter. I was so angry at the haircut and she asked me for a payment while I was still complaining that she did a horrible job by cutting it so uneven and also extremely short. I gave her the coupon, and then gave my credit card she looked at me and stated" I had a feeling you had a coupon'', I was startled, and I did not know what she meant
Firstly, I do not want to pay, and then she had the nerve to insult me because I had a coupon. This woman is extremely racistic and has no idea of what she was doing with the hair and then she had the nerve to treat me badly.
I am so appalled with these people and that salon. I don't expect them to be professional, but I expect them to do their job reasonably well. Now I have to figure out another way to repair the damages which means cutting my daughters hair length even further to undo the damage. My daughter was so upset for taking her over there. a horrible experience. If there was negative stars, I would've graded them as negative as I could. Terrible people terrible experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christopher T.San Jose, CA10511May 23, 2023
Great experience and great hair cut!
The people here are always so kind. Good conversations and they take the time to give you the hair you want. My specialist Julia also gave me tips to keep my hair healthy. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back next time. :)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nancy Y.San Jose, CA5352Mar 21, 2023
Today was my first time at any Great Clips. I hadn't cut my pixie hair for over 3 months due to circumstances; and it was long and shaggy. My regular hairdresser was not available as she was vacationing. Walked into a very clean salon and Kay greeted me immediately. She checked me in as a first time customer. We proceeded to her station and we talked what I need to be done. 30 minutes later Kay was done and I was very pleased to look into the mirror.

Mary was my hair stylist and did a great job! She showed me how much she would cut before she started, asked about the style, and helped even out my bangs that I had cut by myself. She said she also works at the Campbell location as well, so I would call ahead to check if she's at the Evergreen location next time!

Neighborhood spot for a quick trim. They have an App for quickly checking in which also shows you an approximate wait time. You can come with clean hair for just a cut, or add a wash for $12. Tran was nice and did a scalp massage while shampooing. Well worth it for $35 as my hair is just past my shoulders and considered long at most salons.

I could not have possibly had a better experience here with Jenny at Great Clips. It was pretty busy, lots of appointments. I was a walk in, she got my haircut done perfectly in less time than you could imagine without either of us feeling rushed. I dont live on this side of town but if i am here again i will more than likely come back

I didn't get a haircut but I went with my friend to get his cut. He has long curly hair and wanted to get it cut to his chin. There were about 3 others on the iPad before us, and about 3 employees. My friend waited about 20 minutes for Hilton specifically (waited for 2 people) so I would say it wasn't that long of a wait. We walked in and put his name down on an ipad and sat on the chair.
I saw a few other men get their hair cut and the Vietnamese ladies did a very quick and neat trim on men's hair. I didn't get a chance to see how they do female hair, but it looks very nice! My friend loves his hair now, so I might come here to get my own hair doneHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tina L.CA, CA01Jun 8, 2023
Julia helped cut my son's hair and he really loves it. My son have not gotten a haircut for at least 5 months. He's got thick straight long hairs. She was kind and took the time to listen to what we both wanted. My son was happy so I am happy.

I felt my haircut was rushed due to coming in a 30mins before closing. I get it, cutting it a bit close there. (pun not intended) But if you're going to still take me in, don't rush. Politely ask them come back tomorrow so that you can properly take care of the customer and not give them a quick cut so that you can finish before closing time.
I came in with intention to donate my hair but instead got back the hair that I've grown for such a long time in grocery bag which was cut with dull scissors (I can tell, he was snipping away and the hair would not cut) and on top of that I have to take care of donating it myself. It's my fault to be so trusting. But it's no way to take care of your customers. If I had known that I was responsible shipping out my donation, I wouldn't have agreed to go through with it. I was so rushed to get the hair cut, he said we'll worry about it later. Plus the hairstyle was nowhere close to what I asked. Come on. Zero empathy. This is someone who's had long hair for a while now and has come to make a generous donation. This is what you do? This what you give him?
If you are someone who wants to donate hair. Don't do it at this location. Stay away from the male barber. He will butcher your hair and leave you with patches..Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
